1. Who we are
This policy covers farrarmarketing.com and the Farrar Marketing mobile app, both run by Farrar Marketing LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us").
2. What we collect
- Free review requests. When you ask for a free review, we collect your name, business name, town, email and phone if you give it, and any notes you add.
- Calls you book. If you schedule a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you choose and shares it with us.
- Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, plan and payment status, but not your full card number.
- Client information. For paying clients we keep your contact details, plan, start date, and your public Google Business Profile numbers such as review count and star rating.
- The app. The app uses an access code we give you to show your results. It stores that code on your device so you stay signed in. If you use the camera or photo features, photos are only sent when you choose to send them.
- Public business information. When we research local businesses, we look at public listings such as Google Maps, including business name, phone, website and review counts.
3. How we use it
- To prepare your free review and reply to you.
- To provide, bill and report on the services you buy.
- To show your results in the app.
- To send emails you asked for or that relate to your account. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Google Workspace (email and files), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), FormSubmit (website forms) and Cloudflare (website hosting), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
5. Tracking
The app does not use advertising trackers and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or collect personal information, and it does not track you across other websites.
6. How long we keep it
We keep client records while you are a client and for as long as we need them for taxes and legal records afterward. Free review requests that don't become clients are deleted within 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or delete your app access, by emailing bradley@farrarmarketing.com or using "Request account deletion" in the app. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use password-protected accounts with two-step sign-in and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
