Terms of Service
- Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically.
- Every plan has a 3-month minimum, then it's month to month.
- After 3 months, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by email or phone.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work starts.
- We can't guarantee Google rankings, but we do guarantee the work, plus our 60-day review guarantee.

1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Farrar Marketing LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Farrar Marketing," "we," "us"). By purchasing a plan, paying an invoice, or checking the box at checkout, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide local marketing services, which may include Google Business Profile setup and management, Google posts, review request systems, review responses, directory listing management, missed-call text-back, website design and hosting, local SEO, and related services. The specific services included in your plan are listed on our pricing page at the time you purchase, or in a written quote we send you.
We may use third-party tools and contractors to deliver the services.
3. Plans, billing and setup fees
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on the day you sign up, and renew automatically each month until cancelled as described below.
- The Starter and Growth plans include a one-time setup fee of $300, charged with your first month. The Dominate plan includes setup.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method each month for your plan.
- If a payment fails, we may pause services until payment is received. Accounts more than 15 days past due may be cancelled, and any amounts owed remain due.
- We may change our prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Price changes never apply during your first 3 months.
4. 3-month minimum term
All monthly plans have a minimum term of 3 months (the "Minimum Term"), beginning on your sign-up date. Local marketing results take time to build, and the Minimum Term lets us do the work properly.
If you cancel before the end of the Minimum Term, the remaining monthly payments for the Minimum Term become due, and we may invoice you for them. We may choose to waive this in our discretion.
After the Minimum Term, your plan continues month to month.
5. Cancellation
After the Minimum Term, you may cancel at any time by emailing bradley@farrarmarketing.com or calling (412) 440-7727. Please give at least 30 days' notice; your plan will end at the close of the billing period in which the 30-day notice period ends. We do not provide partial-month refunds.
We may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days' written notice, or immediately if you breach these Terms, and we will refund any fees you prepaid for services not yet provided.
6. Refunds
Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
7. 60-day review guarantee
If your Google Business Profile does not have more Google reviews 60 days after we begin work, your next monthly payment is free. To qualify, you must (a) give us manager access to your profile, (b) share our review request link or QR code with your customers as we recommend, and (c) be current on payments. The guarantee applies once per client and covers one free month only. It is our only guarantee.
8. No guaranteed rankings or results
Google and other platforms control their own rankings, search results, review filtering and policies, and they change them without notice. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of calls, leads, reviews, sales or revenue. We guarantee that we will perform the services in a professional and good-faith manner.
9. Your responsibilities
- Give us the access we need, such as manager access to your Google Business Profile, and respond to reasonable requests for information and photos.
- Make sure the information you give us about your business is accurate and that you have the right to use any photos, logos and content you provide.
- Follow Google's rules. We will never buy fake reviews, write reviews on your behalf, or offer customers rewards for reviews, and you agree not to ask us to.
- You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile and all accounts in your name.
10. Ownership
You own your business name, logos, photos and the content you give us. Once paid in full, you own the final Google posts and written content we create for you. For websites: once you have paid for your plan through the Minimum Term (or paid for a standalone website in full), you own the website's content and design, and we will help you move it to another host if you leave. We keep ownership of our own templates, tools, software, processes and know-how.
11. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide the services. We may list your business name as a client and share general before-and-after results only with your permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farrar Marketing's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost business, or for actions taken by Google or other third-party platforms, including profile suspensions, review removals or ranking changes.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify active clients by email at least 30 days in advance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
